PILATES

Kelly Coombs is a qualified Pilates Instructor using the Meneze’s technique.

Pilates  Improves overall fitness, improves mental wellbeing, tone and condition and in general creates a healthier body both inside and out.

Kelly teaches  mat  class each week at Swansea Physiotherapy.     Tuesday 8.00am to 8.45am (beginners)

If a client requires specific exercise for posture or injury related conditions.  One on one sessions can also be arranged with Pilates based Exercises at Swansea Physiotherapy
